No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We share information only as needed to operate our business: with Hertz System, Inc. and its reservation systems to process your rental, with payment processors to complete transactions, and with service providers who support our operations (such as customer support tools). We may also disclose information where required by law.
