Both locations have after-hours key drop boxes for late returns. If you have a breakdown, accident or other emergency with a current rental, contact your rental location directly rather than a roadside assistance line, so we can make the right arrangements for you and the vehicle.

- File a report online — photos, signature and PDF in minutes.
- Shuttle service (JAC)
- Complimentary airport shuttle meets arriving flights. Confirm your pickup time when you pick up your vehicle, or call the JAC counter if your plans change.
- Lost & found
- Call the location where you dropped off, or email your rental location.
- Billing & receipts
- Email your rental location with your rental agreement number.
