(collectively, "we," "us," or "our"), independent franchise operators of Dollar Rent A Car and Thrifty Car Rental serving Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE) and Jackson Hole Airport (JAC). By accessing or using this site, you agree to these terms.

Rental agreements

This website provides information about our locations, services, and shuttle operations. Actual vehicle reservations are processed through Dollar.com and Thrifty.com, operated by The Hertz Corporation. Your rental is governed by the rental agreement you sign at the counter, not by these website terms.

Damage reporting

Our online damage reporting form collects information about incidents involving our rental vehicles. Submitting a damage report through this website does not constitute an admission of liability. Information submitted is used to process damage claims in accordance with your rental agreement and applicable insurance coverage.

Shuttle service

We offer complimentary shuttle service between our rental counters and the airports we serve. Shuttle confirmations made through this website are subject to availability. We make reasonable efforts to honor confirmed pickup times but are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We strive to keep information on this site accurate and current. However, hours of operation, rates, vehicle availability, and other details are subject to change without notice. Published rates are for informational purposes only; actual rates are determined at the time of reservation and rental.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado for matters relating to our Eagle/Vail operation, and by the laws of the State of Wyoming for matters relating to our Jackson Hole operation.
